Bersama-sama ini adalah edaran dan hebahan berhubung Pencalonan Terbuka Penyertaan Majlis IGCP bagi Tahun 2020.

1) Kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh IGCP bagi penyertaan calon menduduki Council of the International Geoscience Programme (IGCP) adalah seperti berikut (versi B.I):

A. The purpose of this call is to invite nominations for three new candidates to become member of the IGCP Council. The current call concerns the following themes:
• Hydrogeology,
• Geodynamics, and
• Earth Resources

B. An excellent scientist, who have an exemplary track record in a particular field of research and a passion for international collaboration, please suggest to them that they apply to join the IGCP Council. There is no limit to the number of nominations an organization can submit.

C. All nominated candidates must complete the application form digitally, include a digital copy of their CV (specify publication record, international collaboration and other related activities), a list of their 10 most important publications during the last 10 years and a motivation letter. All documents should be provided in English.

D. This information should be sent directly to the UNESCO-IGCP Secretariat (to o.adiyaman(at)unesco.org with copy to ml.faber(at)unesco.org before 15 April 2020

2) Semua application form perlu disokong melalui surat motivation letter daripada Ketua Pengarah JMG.

3) Justeru itu, application form yang telah lengkap di isi hendaklah dihantar selewat-lewatnya sebelum atau pada 10 April 2020 (Jumaat) kepada Ibu Pejabat JMG, Putrajaya melalui emel terus kepada ,  dan bagi tujuan surat motivation letter. Bersama-sama emel ini dilampirkan dokumen yang menerangkan maksudnya untuk perhatian dan tindakan selanjutnya.

4) Segala perhatian dan kerjasama pihak tuan/puan dalam perkara ini adalah amat dihargai dan didahulukan dengan ucapan terima kasih.
